| Different programs of St. Columba have different hours of operation: Day Center Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Guests wishing to take a shower need to be here by 1:30 pm. Clothing Closet Monday at 9:00 am until all guests have been seen Food Pantry Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. All guests wishing to receive food must have a written referral. Rental Assistance As funds are available By phone call only Norfolk and Virginia Beach only Utility Assistance As funds are available Only for Dominion Virginia Power By phone call only Norfolk and Virginia Beach only Next Step Transitional Housing Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Contact case managers to schedule appointments as they are frequently at the houses.
